Energy of the Week for March 5-11, 2012: Stamina

The main reason you do not try things you would like to do or give up on them too early is thinking you cannot do it. This week will show you have more stamina and perseverance than you realize. You can only put them to use when you have the stability to believe in yourself and take total responsibility to apply them.

How the energy of this week affects you in your personal life:
Your back area is the physical expression of having stamina and is what holds your whole body together, keeps you standing and moving and helps you carry your weight while laboring through tasks. If you experience any back pain, you are likely undermining your own ability to persevere through tough experiences by thinking you are too weak or incapable. Where does this all start? Were either of your parents like this or were you ever told you had this condition? Once you buy into a concept like this, you are locking up your own resources from getting to you and they are not available for you to use. Shake off this idea because you are as strong as you allow yourself to be. Going for it will open the door for all of your inner stability to help you make it happen. Do not overdo it. Pace yourself by taking proper breaks in order to replenish your energy. Everything will go a lot smoother and take you further than you ever thought you could go before.

It is a common belief that being in business for yourself means taking on heavy responsibilities and bearing the weight from everyone else which eventually wears you down and takes away your stamina. The contrary is true. A really good business person, whether self-employed or working for someone else, has an easier time doing what they enjoy by coordinating in an organized fashion with others who contribute their part. No one has to do it all on their own. Business means nothing more than discerning the facts: what, when where and why and putting things into an orderly and efficient structure that works. Without this, you will always have an uneasy hectic time and it will be a challenge to persevere. With it, you can relax and let it all happen beautifully with your input and the proper use of your stamina while being able to handle anything along the way.

Is your social life heavy on you? Are you carrying any loved ones on your back? Sooner or later, this can only take you so far as you will bend under the weight you are taking on. The key is to understand that your stamina is there to carry your own weight and not others. You do not need to be doing for others what they can be doing for themselves. If an opportunity is theirs, taking it away from them is not helping anyone and putting both sides at a disadvantage. The recipe for a successful social life is having a 50-50 relationship in the shape of an H. Each person has to stand their ground and hold up their end through an equal give and take with the other. This is the only model that can sustain and persevere through anything so that both sides can feel adequately independent, in charge and contributing in a full and complete way.

Spring is the Clairaudient season…

The energy changes with the seasons and coincides with the four spiritual gifts starting with the new Spiritual Year in September. For the first three months, it is prophetic energy – which is all about the big picture and creativity. The second quarter is for clairvoyants – a clean, organized energy which requires everyone to be very efficient.

On March 1st, we move into the very high and directed energy of clairaudience. During this season, working with the facts (what, when, where and why) helps you accomplish ten times more than what you originally envisioned. Everything will move faster now that the holidays are over because it takes some people almost three months to get over the emotions of the social times in November and December. Now, it is best to move forward with the projects you have been planning.

During the months of March, April and May stay on track by focusing on what you want – not what others want for you. Coordinate with people who can help you so you do not become a one-man or one-woman operation. Take a step-by-step approach to everything so you can check off each item one by one. Every time you finish one project, you can move to the next one.

Over the next three months, it is important to maintain an inner calm and listen to your inner voice. This way, you will get the inspiration that comes directly from your spiritual helpers, your angels. Usually, you will have 1-2 spiritual guides if you came to work with ideas or concepts. However, if you came to work more with people, you may have contracted with 3 or more helpers to back you with your life purpose.

Remember, your purpose is not a vocation to work with children, animals or your profession or trade. The real purpose in life is all about an inner spiritual message you came to share with others, although it is most important to live that philosophy for yourself first. Being loyal to yourself is the key to being successful on planet Earth.

Your discernment will be like a steering wheel during this time as well. When someone around you gets their energy off, gently show them how much you care, but let them also know they have to be responsible for how they feel. You cannot make them happy or driven. They need to do this for themselves. Relationships where you are leaning on another person never work. Everyone has to be responsible for standing on their own two feet and deciding what they want to be involved with.

If you are benevolent and help people be the best they can be, you will be very successful during the next few months. Just do not get personally involved with troubles created by other people or let them take advantage of you. Do not take no for an answer. As long you keep your facts straight, you will have the best time of your life.

This spring, as new life sprouts and generates high energy, you can put your power to the test.  No matter where in the order of your spiritual gifts your clairaudience falls, bring it out and make it work really well for you!

The Energy of the Month for March is EXPANSION

This month is all about self-expansion. Your growth will be much more significant and you will step up your game in a great way when you finally focus on your true desires inside and announce to the world you are going to pursue them. Get the barriers out of the pathway of who you really are by dropping any limitations you have experienced so the road will be clear to go full speed ahead to the success you have always dreamt of.

How this energy affects you in your personal life:
Start with how big your inner world is. Does it take you only as far as the conventional routes go? Not to go against what you would normally do, but this month is all about jumping the bar and showing the uniqueness no one else has seen before. Do not wait for permission since on one else is aware of how much you are really hiding inside. Even you may not know how much you have until you let yourself explore it. What can you do? Take a long moment alone with yourself. What makes you tick and what drives you? Are you living it? It is your time. The what and how will get answered once you have opened yourself to having it. Your best energy comes when you flow with what you are here to learn and make the best of it.

Do not hold back the expansion of your service. Everyone will be requesting and demanding it. Wherever you turn, there will be reminders of what could be done better – challenging you to take a closer look and do something about it. You can run but it is doubtful you can hide from an energy that is so open and ready to back you to step up your game. After all, everything will get better when you apply practical business sense and clarify all of the facts: what, when, where and why to improve and reap even more results while being more fulfilled at the same time. Since procrastinating is really not an option, the earlier you begin, the easier and smoother it will be. It is time to release everything that does not belong to you but you have been carrying around as luggage, weighing you down and keeping you from feeling totally free and capable to do what you want. This includes all of the limiting concepts you have picked up from your environment during your first seven years of life. Any conscious constraints that you cannot do something or it is too hard and you have never given a chance to, you have adopted from one or more of your parents. These concepts have stopped them from being who they really are and they continue to rob you from feeling gutsy enough to go after better options. This week, you can really put an end to anything dysfunctional. Clean the slate and go for the things you truly desire.  

How the energy of this week affects you in your personal life:
What would it take to release and kiss the things not working for you good-bye? If the first thought you get is about others and what they would say or think, you need to stop right there. Do you continue to live your life for everyone else? Let them live their lives for themselves. If you, however, need to get a grip on yours – now is a better time than ever. Focus on what you want inside, write it down on paper and sign it. This way, you can commit to it and not let it flicker and remain unexpressed. Are you game to make it happen? If you think you are lacking what it takes, let it pass. If you firmly decide you want something, you will leave no choice to the universe but to help you have it.
