Any theoretical knowledge or information is only worth so much. But once you live through it, your experience becomes solid and all the more meaningful. After this, your conviction is unshakeable because you know what is real. How can you make your experience serve you in the best possible way?

Your whole life represents an experience. Good or not-so-good, it is equally invaluable as you can learn a lot from it either way. When you learn from going through something good, you get a straightforward lesson about what works.
